May was admitted as a Lawyer in Queensland in December 2024, following the completion of her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from College of Law. May also holds a Bachelor of Criminology from Deakin University.

Prior to joining Tusk Lawyers, May gained experience as a Lawyer and Trade Mark Associate, developing a foundation in intellectual property and commercial matters. She brings this experience into her current role, where she is focused on building her expertise in commercial litigation, with a particular interest in intellectual property and wills and estates.

May approaches her work with an empathetic, practical and strategic mindset. In the early stages of her legal career, she has demonstrated a strong enthusiasm for the law and a willingness to engage across a broad range of matters. She is committed to understanding her clients’ circumstances and objectives, ensuring they feel supported while receiving clear, straightforward advice.
